And I think it's perfect, seeing as many fans have been turned off from Soul Calibur since IV. This is like a 'Welcome home' to the fans that are coming back after so long.
This feels like a return to the days where games were a passion and meant something. Dreamcast and the PS2 were master class systems and this theme sounds like something you would have heard playing Soul Calibur on them. It sounds like it has instant nostalgia behind it even though it's brand new. Can't wait to listen in 20 years and think how well this aged.

This beautiful music really brings me back to those days touring the Silk Road in China. The tour guide told us the Silk Road is "the embodiment of hope, love, ambition, betrayal that bridges the continents", which fits the settings of Soul Calibur perfectly.

This song speaks so many volumes. Its the return of a beloved series and the return to form for the franchise and its ready to recover from it's dark past (Soul Calibur 5).
