I always knew these were two ways to get good leads, just never had an official plan on how to go about it...the third i did was become a apart of local networking groups that already have those agents there plus more..
Sheldon, I think that's a great way and perhaps I will add that to the list. Whether it's a local Mastermind group, Rotary Club, Toast Masters, etc. those can be great ways to network.
I did a meeting in front of about 25 realtors . I didn’t brag about the company but I also didn’t ask how can we help you ? That’s a real basic one I just completely missed . I only had one realtor ask me to help and I got her clients roof approved . It was a tiny 15 sq roof. Never heard a peep from anyone else . I was surprised. My guess is must of them already had a roofer they were working with. I know other companies in my area have done the meetings also. Great tactics great video. I actually learned a few small things from this video that should make a big difference.

This is how I made my career. But in a market like we're seeing in DFW, it beat me tf down. I was doing more paperwork than roofing.
