That is Acer palmatum 'Dissectum Viridis'- not featured in our ten best video but another gorgeous Acer 💚
Any recommendations for smaller gardens re width and height?
All the dissectum cultivars are slow-growing and ultimately will not be as big. Acer palmatum 'Shaina' is also quite a small one. Hope this helps 💚
