So single hung windows have to be done from outside? or do you poke your head out to clean sometimes if ladder option is dangerous?

Thanks buddy! Totally acceptable to sit on the sill and then poke your head out and clean the outside of the top pane. I do that all the time, and although, it a bit of an awkward position it can save you time. If you have a helper with you though, they can do the outsides with wfp while you do insides :)

I usually have my other guy do outside with waterfed pole. But with first time cleans I prefer to do everything by hand if possible@@cleaningphd6453
