I watched this because I thought it shows making of squishies. It was very interesting, thank you! Let me add two points: Now I know 'cream puffs' called squishies do not mean cream puffs, but ICE cream puffs. They look really similar. And: Here in my German home town it is a zrfitinol bakery. Many find it way too difficult, but it is not, I can bake it, too. The dough is a 'burned dough, snce you cook it together in a pot on the stove before use it the way you need it. Then you cut iit in halves zo let the hot aowith whipped cream (this is how it is used mostly) . Since some years our traditional bakery stores fisappear Now you can buy it frozen,,then the puffs are tiny like for doll's coffee88 table. Filled with now deep frozen cream (you shall let it thaw before eat) they resemble very much your ice cream puffs- plus, most people love to eat them frozen :D The bakery here is called Windbeutel (bag filled with wind), since it is so airy and light. You fill it, as I said before, with whipped cream. Or you bake it in oval shape. Add some naked long thingies snd two small egg formed things. You put salty cream mixed with very creamy cheese, pt on of the long things and two of the small egg shaped. These are swans. As I said, it is tasty and very traditional. But today you nearly find them no more. Nobody wants to become a baker man. And most people today are lazy or do not dare to bake them at home. Sad! They are really easy to make and sooo tasty! Thank you for this so interesting video!
Thank you for the English subtitles!
