    I hate hearing people say wrestling is fake because when you see deathmatches and people drop kicking each other in the face you can't fake gravity nobody is that good.
    They latch onto the scripted nature of it and say that it's fake I tell them hey did you know that movies are fake too 🙄

    • @vksasdgaming9472
      @vksasdgaming9472 2 года назад +2

      Pro-wrestling basically is combination of theatrics, comedy and athletic stuntwork in various blends. How matches end are decided, but physical effort and hazard is very real. Mick Foley falling about 5 meters to ring and Mark Calloway (Undertaker) worrying that Foley may have died as result is very real proof of danger of that work. Kicks and punches can be faked and throws controlled, but even controlled throw is heavy blow.

    • @grimmwicked313
      @grimmwicked313 2 года назад +1

      @@vksasdgaming9472 well put.
      But that's why I like pro wrestling because it's entertaining and even tho I know it's controlled I also know bumps hurt and chops sting
      sound effects aren't faked unless ur talking about stomping the mat or slapping the leg
      But the hazards are real and that's what most people who call wrestling fake never understand.
      Somehow it's more believable that a man hid a blood pack on his forehead then simply the guy used a razor blade to draw blood.

    Growing up, I enjoyed pro wrestling because of the characters. Hogan, Flair, Sting etc. When I rediscovered it again, it was also because of the attitude era's characters. Today, I enjoy wrestling specifically because...it IS Magic. Watching some of the matches that happen today, it's always a question of "How did that not kill someone??" The magic, is in making things look far more real than they actually are. Except chops...and gravity!

    For some bizzar reason the shocker looks like Penn under the mask. A perfect fit for Monday night raw. The best part of the trick wasn't even mentioned. The shocker new he wasn't getting the trophy, the belt had the pics of Penn and teller on it the whole time

    In case no one knows who Professor Nightmare is, its Sinn Bodhi. If your not familiar with that name, I can't say I'm not surprised. He was also known as Kizarny during his brief tenure in wwe. though obviously a much better gimmick now.

    Man... Professor Nightmare is frigging awesome! I know he's supposed to be the assistant, but he took the show. Fooled them or not, I think you guys should have gotten the trophy on principle. Demand a rematch!!

    What would have made me happier would be if Professor Nightmare cut a Psycho Sid/Randy Savage type promo where
    they get really silent, THEN GET REALLY LOUD IN THE NEXT BREATH, then are basically whispering again, AND THEN THEY COME DESTROY YOU BY YELLING AT YOU!!! I would have loved that. Still, great performance!

    I'd say that we might be looking at the 2 newest members of the WWE roster, but knowing WWE, they'd just be released after one match on the main roster. (Hit row) #Facts
