What would be really sick is if someone made a Spartan helmet with actual tiny cameras on the outside near the sides and put little screens on the inside so you actually felt like it was giving you a HUD view.

    • @PastaLuke

I don't remember to what extent they did this, but Hacksmith Armory did what you're talking about. At least the cameras part!

Installation00 and Hacksmith have already done it, I am currently doing it as well, its like some sort of vr experience feels good but the hard thing is that cameras have to be really high quality for it to feel good and not make you dissy which is hella expensive lol

someone was asking me about the acetone/bondo in an airbrush and I'm glad you referenced how that's nottttt the best thing to do. everyone's looking for the silver bullet for less sanding but it's just a fact of FDM printing, you're gonna be sanding no matter what lol

You're exactly right - shaving off minutes of sanding isn't worth the potential risks

@magnusuvwiik7940 I printed it in 3 separate pieces (back, visor, and front face). All 3 fit easily on the CR10s I have with room to spare. Depending on the sizing scale you need and which Ender you have, it might fit at a diagonal. The front face part might be the only issue.
