    So very cool to see you back in the saddle, Sid.
    I've watched most of your vids, and I enjoyed them a lot. Ran across your channel while looking for pork pie tutorials, and damn if you weren't right there in your kitchen hand-blocking hot water pastry around a sawn-off rolling pin just exactly, and I do mean exactly, like my dad used to do in his bakery near Blackpool back in the '50's and '60's. Just like you said, dozen after dozen of them, at 3 or 4 per minute... day after day.
    Anyway, glad you're back. All the best, mate, and thanks for doing this.

    love the video can you cut the ingredients in half to make less mince pies
