Cadence of 180+ really helped me too avoiding injuries. Used to run at about 145 and got hurt and injured all the time

It must be frustrating, but hopefully, that's balanced by the pleasure of running again after such a long hiatus.
    All the best!

dudes professional, his speech has clarity and the content is wholesome. great vid but the dude will likely find lots more success on longform videos because shorts are no place for a dignified person.

After brain brain surgery my surgeon said I would probably never run or travel by aeroplane ever again !!!
I built up strength by going hiking .
Then next I built up my running, and I entered the Great North run. I got in through the ballot , so I started running again.
Now I've entered 4 races all half marathons.
I'm don't run as fast as I used to as I don't want to upset the apple cart
I'm cautious about running events and I've also been travelling on flights over Europe.
The surgeon was surprised when he heard what I was getting up to ,
I'm just happy to get to the
    Finish line !!!

Mate, don't bother with "hard" sessions. Just stick to easy runs. Look after your knee and build a strong aerobic base.

Now I know. That's why he didn't run during their previous video about who's the fastest among them?
