Personally I believe that the crewneverse could make lapidot happen. It’s just that pulling it of in a way that is suitable for tv but also pleases the people who enjoy lapidot and have a passion for the ship. The one thing that I think would be hard for the crewneverse is starting the relationship. Personally out of lapis and peridot I think that lapis would start it. Judging by there personality’s I think lapis is the most likely candidate although when peridot gets emotional she can be vulnerable and maybe out of that lapis could take her chance ( if there was a few episodes to build up on the feeling between each other) or in the state peridot could do something to start a relationship. But I just think that lapis is the most likely to start the relationship
