I just don't understand the switch - Victoria and Salvatore were so great together. And Polina is also an exquisite dancer. Why would he want to switch partners??? This new partnership is not really doing much for Victoria so far.
Jaja Fig. I dont quite get it either and I feel that way as well. it is a very new partnership though and given some time it will develop into something much better. If it doesnt I dont see the partnership lasting too long.
@@joetesta8754 The issue I have with this partnership is Kirill is not fuelling Viktoria's confidence. She isn't dancing here with the same vigor and fierceness when she danced with Salvo. Maybe she's not as comfortable with Kirill, yet? But isn't it the job of the man to make her woman feel comfortable? To be honest, that says a lot about the male partner than the female.

As i said above its a new partnership that needs time to see how it blends and harmonises together,but at present it is still fairly raw and not without one or two issues to be improved on and rectified.
@@makuletreg15 The coaches should easily solve this, by letting them dance to very slow music and he playing the caring gentleman, to let her be allowed to play the role, the star. Maybe he is too intense and too professional for her as a recent amateur. I think their performances in the Royal Ball in Minsk were FANTASTIC, both of them. She enjoyed the Michael Jackson thing, and he was very caring in the Gitarista rumba, letting her complete her moves and being a gentleman. A brilliant idea, since he is an actor, is for him to come out on the floor like Fred Astaire, with Fred´s top hat and ballroom suit, and play solo with the stick, until the lady comes out, and he leads her so gently he is not even touching or holding her, like Fred does in "Sway" cha cha cha with Rita Haynsworth. I think Kirill is getting more conscious about the art of not being too self expressive, but fueling the energy and indeed excitement in the lady. A new Fred Astaire show imitating the cha-cha "Sway", would be a huge hit worldwide. Maybe she will enjoy it thrillingly, and his personality, which is clearly growing in the most recent March videos, may become magnificently confident in the future, in doing a caring job of starting the lady to be top happy and fierce, and her role be the star of the floor. He did that in the Gitarista Royal Ball rumba show, and can do it in competitions. In these times, where are the coaches, do they have the perfect coaches ? If coaches cannot solve this, they are not perfect coaches. And they need to add a new coach -- Espen Salberg ? What do you think, Ralph ?
H>C I get a distinct vibe that Viktoria at the moment is looking somewhat as though she is the junior partner in a law firm and he's not helping any. She seems to be looking to him for direction and not dancing with the vibrant personality, sass and freedom we have come to know and love from her.

The Beauty is let to open the show, he just jumps in. The mountain of achievement is in the days ahead, as she grows stronger og more confident to play with him, like Polina was never afraid of him but perfectly herself. You must not diminish Victoria, she can manage everything, and she will become the champion, the perfect lady for a fantastic man. A man with better musicality and technique than Kirill does not exist. She just has to be perfectly herself and react spontaneously and unafraid to his musicality.

Whats the point of speculating on what might be in the future, Thats just speculation and crystal ball gazing.I am only commenting on what I see now not on what I may or may not see tomorrow.. Yes, great musicality, technique and movement and I've never questioned those things and yes Vik needs to react more spontaneously to him, but that's not easy when you're given little to react from, because he's to busy concentrating on how good and perfect he can look rather than how good he can make his lady look. by your own admission you have little competition and partnering experience, so this is an aspect of partner dancing you understand so little about and have next to no real experience in, yet you feel compelled to have to express inexperienced, unqualified opinion and challenge everyone who's views differ to yours. Feel free to disregard and ignore differing views and see only what you want to see. Real professional look objectively at the big picture not just what suits their agenda.
