- What path did the ancient gods known as the Anunnaki follow until the historical moment when Yahweh appears in history?
The Anunnaki, whose name means "those who from heaven to earth came", or "those of royal blood," in the ancient Sumerian language, were the deities of the ancient civilizations of Mesopotamia, such as the Sumerians, Akkadians, Assyrians, and Babylonians. They were believed to be the divine beings who descended to Earth to civilize mankind, teaching them agriculture, writing, science, and more. The Anunnaki were central to these ancient cultures, much like Yahweh is central to the biblical narrative.
The oldest mention of Yahweh was attributed to the Moabite Stone, an ancient inscribed stone that dates back to around 840 BCE. This stone created significant excitement as it was the first non-biblical inscription mentioning Yahweh. The inscription tells the story of King Mesha of Moab, who revolted against the Kingdom of Israel, and attributes his victories to the god Chemosh while recognizing Yahweh as the god of his enemies.
The connection between Yahweh and the Anunnaki is not a straightforward one. It is a complex web of ancient stories, archaeological findings, and theological interpretations. However, the possibility that Yahweh could have been influenced by or even originated from the Anunnaki provides a new perspective on the biblical narrative. It suggests that the story of Yahweh and the Israelites is part of a larger narrative that encompasses the ancient Near East and its diverse cultures and religions.

Starting at 12, I was raised in a strict, fundamentalist church. It was a loving place. Very good people. Sincere. But no matter how much Yeshua was preached, Yahweh always loomed in the background. Before that in mesopotemia there was a sky god Anu, which is similar to the Father. Even though some do not understand trinity. It is one image to follow of love and morality. Very easy to understand god :)

If we're speaking about an omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent God who is the beginning and the end then we are not talking about a physical being. We are talking about something we can't even fathom. A finite mind can never grasp the infinite no matter how much intelligence it's endowed with.

It all makes sense,for year I always wondered about the one! I use to practice Islam for 13 years and I felt like I was turning my back on what I already knew and was raised to believe,but as time has went on I dropped Islam,and decided to not cop to a name to call out to buy rather in my heart know that the higher power would know my heart and soul since we are connected to the spirit,it is with us,during my practice I was told they being all names of the higher power are all one. This was REALLY good. Thank you for putting this together! As a recovering Mormon and Christian it explains plainly why everyone is so confused how Jesus could be such a preacher of peace and love and mistakingly attributed to also being Yahweh/Jehovah of the Old Testament. And if all these gods were man made and created across cultures, military conquest, and religious interpretation then we have to come to the conclusion that the deity worshiped in the Old Testament today by billions is just another man made deity that originated from Mesopotamian folklore and remixed over the centuries.

I've realised that there's a lot i do not know. I see many who are like me but the difference with me is that I'm researching and desiring knowledge not contending matters above my knowledge. It's true one of those gods was busy mining gold in South Africa 🇿🇦 and Zimbabwe, transporting it with high technology, not trucks but through the air to their destiny above. Even here there are gardens in unreachable mountains where no man can plant. It's very intriguing to see such high tech people could achieve what we're not able to achieve even right now. Another great video. I have pondered this question for many years. As a former 'born again christian" I have spent a whole lot of time reading the Bible. I believe this gives me a kind of insight in comparing the Sumerian tablets with the Bible that very few researchers and RUclipsrs seem to have. i recognise similarities immediately. Yahweh is nowhere to be found in the tablets and at the same time he is to be found all over the tablets. This leads me to think that he was a god who appropriated the titles and reputations of many other gods. The only character within the Sumerian tablets to have done this was Marduk. Marduk was also the only one who proclaimed himself as the only god on earth. I think we tend to overlook Marduk because his story is clearly not that of Yahweh however he made up his own story. He made proclamations that was way beyond anything he actually did. He desperately wanted humans to worship him and he believed that he alone should inherit the earth. When they eventually nuked his territories he survived while the nuclear winds ravaged his attackers. What happened after this? Did most of the anunaki leave the earth giving him a chance to fulfil his dream? I dont know but I think its something worth looking into. you also left out Anu who was the father of Enki and Enlil, this was the father and head of the pantheon of the anunaki. Also the messenger who appeared to Enki told him to tell "Noah' about the flood and gave him the blueprints for the arc was thought to have been a messenger from the creator of all. The father of all and not an emissary of Anu. This clearly tells us that the anunaki indeed believed in a true god of the cosmos. a creator of all.

Yes, and we can, and some of us do realize Yahweh, the 'I Am', the only Being that can be trusted and keeps his word from biblical accounts, actually created and directs the sons of Elohim, a certain number of which were sent to govern over nations. According to Psalm 82, he does judge those who disobey his plan and refuse to protect humans and warns them of the occurrence when they 'will die like men', even as in the exodus narrative he stated he will 'execute judgement on the gods of Egypt.' Interestingly, in Sumerian and Ugaritic mythology, the 'annunaki' and the igiggi' traded places near the age of the great flood, then the annunaki dwelt only in the underworld. Also, a finite mind can indeed have some understanding toward the infinite when we were made in his image and his likeness. In end times he will deal with all those, good or disobedient - 'the high ones who are on high.' All that and much more is contained in the pages of the Bible.

Yahweh is Enlil the destroyer. He could also be called Emlil, the king of lies. He was known to the ancient Egyptians as Amon Ra. "Amon" eventually evolved to "Amen", which is why christians conclude their prayers with that word. I am an atheist but that doesn't mean I deny the possible existence of a creator of all things. Listening to this and the translations of the tablets, it seems like after the weapons of terror were used, Marduk might have been the only Anunnaki left. He wanted to rule previously, but some of the Anunnaki claimed that it wasn't yet his time. I think this has to do with the zodiacal age moving from Taurus (Enlil's age) to Aries (Marduk's age), but the precise point is difficult to determine. So he decided to try and take power before it was confirmed, which led to the weapons of terror being used against him. That turned into a bigger problem and Enlil, Enki and the rest left Earth. Marduk remained, as he was exiled anyway, and decided to start over with the Earthlings that were from his bloodline, as he had an Earthly wife (according to the tablets).
I think the authors of the Bible just mixed and matched all the different parts of our history in a way that suits them, that's why it comes through as confusing as to who Yahweh was, but there is an underlying order to it that can be deciphered. Sometimes it refers to Enlil, sometimes to Enki and sometimes to Marduk. Seems like Enlil's son's were the Archangels.
The Aries age can also then be where the Greek god of war, Ares, gets his name. It's still Marduk.
All of this is very different from the the all incompassing frequency that is God, or the All.

I first learned of monolatry in Robert Wrights books. Yahweh was a storm god that evolved to our biblical god. That worship of multiple gods, but also one at the same time is monolatry. Interesting transition point in belief and choosing which god to worship. A must read for seekers and evangelicals is The Evolution of God by Robert Wright. It made me understand that God has evolved from agency (cognitive theory of religion) animism, shamanism, polytheism, monotheism. It's all clear when you study anthropology and archeology evidence and theology that god is innate in our evolution, ritual and community. Whether you believe of not it is great book to get the big picture of religion and faith from our first awareness, invention and to this day. He is a very caring and neutral person as well which I think all readers will find refreshing and add to your knowledge no matter what you believe.
No matter which way we look at the story, the summary we need to understand is; Evolution is important. Both physical and spiritual evolution are very important.

I've read the tablets and I do not see anywhere that Enlil hated the humans. He questioned the creation of humans and said "we should not play God". He also did not send or create the flood. it was a purely natural disaster that they all had to flee from. He did say that they should leave the earthlings to perish in the flood. He destroyed the tower of Babel because it was a meant to be a space port and he feared that Marduk (married to a human)would take humans up to Nibiru and give them the food that would grant long life. This was purely a matter of national security because humans could (and we know we would) take over Nibiru and probably kill all the anunaki. I am not a “researcher” and my “work” is definitely just a personal interest and hobby. What I can say is that the commentary about the tablets by different people do not always align with the actual tablet. In other words humans are always adding their own narrative to the story. Actually, the first appearance of the entity Yahweh in the bible can be found in Deuteronomium 32,8. We read there that there was a kind of planetary "governor" with the title of El Elyon, where Elyon means the floor above or the highest room in a house or a castle. This governor makes all the countries of the planet, where the number of the countries is equal to the number of Elohim present. The El named Yahweh gets the command to go to the Levant and to take the tribe of Jacob as his slaves. The thing here is, the Elohim were no gods, they were beings of a very "material" substance because we can read in the bible itself, there had to go to the restrooms, they had to clean themselves, etc.
Other mentions of Yahweh in the bible prior to this one were falsified in the texts. This all was done mainly during the reign of King Josiah when the cult was unified, the other Elohim (actually an Eloha) present in the bile called Asherah was "banned".
It is obvious from the bible itself that there was this group of the Elohim who were rulers of the countries in the Near and Middle East - Abraham himself - says to the Hebrews they should not worship the older Elohim from Mesopotamia and that they should only worship Yahweh. I know this is the view from Jewism, Christianity and Islam. But the other religions including Hinduism, Buddhism and the Tao have other teachings. And the deep spiritual practices of all the Religions led to experiences of Oneness and Presence of God. I think according to my research, which I am still trying to understand is that there where other aliens before the ananuki on nibiru on other systems that used genetics to create other beings from them selves many many billions of years ago. It may be that the Creator comes in many forms. The present form being Yahwey, perhaps because a gentle character aspect of the Divine Creator, may not be the most efficient God to straighten the world out, whereas, such a task is left perfectly for Yahwey, the warrior God, aspect of the Creator of the Universe.
