Wow, this is a good insight on how the buses are managed. Good transparency to see how it works and the people behind the scenes. Looked forward to see more of such videos so that Singaporeans are educated on these and don't take it for granted, finally stop complaining.

Before go ahead company entered the bus scene... SBS buses were notorious for their bunching, lateness (30mins for a bus?!?!?!) etc. Then go ahead entered and did a very good job in being punctual (other than the 1st week due to lack of bus drivers) now SBS also improved significantly... Goes to show how important it is to introduce competition BC in the past SBS very complacent due to their monopoly

Ian Wai why I can’t blame them, if I don’t blame them, they will never improve, then in the first place don’t do public transport then? I paid for my fares so I have the right to complain, that’s not called convenience then. Only I face this with sbs other operators, at least they have other solution or tell you ahead as a courtesy manner. Not this sbs, don’t even know why they even won the tender for Yishun. Lta is blind I guess.. maybe you are a bus captain of sbs ? If you, don’t think as a driver, you should think as a commuter. Yes I understand the stress of the driver. Anyway I did not even blame the driver. It’s their management, don’t know how to manage. That’s why after seeing this video, it’s all fake.. that’s why I’m named fake account. ✌️
