Absolutely real, I was actually kind of sad that Kellin basically replaced Merry, they both have a place here ( and Merry's voice fits the song better to me ), and also ? Revisited goes HARD, but og is just so emotional. I dunno ! I like both, but how much people dismiss og makes me sad.
Find your flame still makes me teary eyed, especially the second half of kellins verse.

Amazing how Frontiers is a step-up from Forces in every way. I like Forces’ OST, but it doesn’t hold a candle to Frontiers.

As much as I love the rest of the soundtrack, I feel like Undefeatble will go down in history as THE Frontiers song, like hoe Live and Learn was for SA2, Endless Possibilites for Unleashed etc. Its just so iconic and fits the Super Sonic fights so well.

the fact that Frontiers has such a diverse soundtrack really just makes it peak - I feel like there's something for almost everyone in the game's OST

I prefer Merry Kirk Homes’ vocals than Kellin Quinn with I’m Here, I found the Revisited version of I’m Here a bit disappointing with the vocals because you can barely here them over the insanely loud electronic sounds
Pretty sure I've seen you in a different video with i'm here revisited, but it got deleted.
Anyway, I still think they should have had Merry redo the vocals for the revisited version. Or at least, if they really wanted to keep kellin's, have a part with a duet with both of them. The revisited version is not bad by any means (i think the instrumental is better), but the OG definitely gets left in the dust a lot, and that's a shame.
i think im the only person on earth who prefers OG I’m Here to the Revisited version, but they are both still so good.

Yes, while I higly prefer Kellin's voice, I'm here isn't really suited for his voice.
I like both and can understand the sentiment, but feel like they're better at different things like the og one feels like the best one for setting up with how things will unfold as a starter song hence why can get behind it being used the trailer it was used for whereas revisited is climax setting. I even apply this to All Hail Shadow where for the og version from his game is the much better climax song that I feel like it's a shame it wasn't used as the final boss theme (same applying for the unused Who I Am song) and his one from 06 is best as the beginning of the game song.

The whole soundtrack for Sonic Frontiers was on the level of Metal Gear Rising hype.
Honestly, I'm just so glad frontiers exists, it's what we as a fandom needed after what a mediocre streak we had, this soundtrack is beautiful. I can't wait for the next game, until then we shall bop again

I think I know which movements play where on certain islands:
On Kronos:
Movement 1 takes place during the tutorial island section
Movement 2 takes place on the main island before freeing Amy
Movement 3 takes place after freeing Amy, but before getting any emeralds
Movement 4 takes place when you get your first emerald
Movement 5 I think happens after the giganto cutscene
Movement 6 happens when you have 6 emeralds, but before doing the laser minigame
Movement 7 happens when you complete the laser minigame

I’ve always thought that I’m Here worked perfectly as a main theme for Frontiers, but not necessarily a boss theme. I’m Here (Revisited) does the opposite, working as a perfect final boss theme, but not necessarily a main theme. Regardless the whole OST is fire and I want it injected into my veins
Honestly wish the final movement of each island had a lite motef of the boss like undefeatable motef during kronos ect

Whoever finally decided to bring Rock music back to Sonic games deserves a huge oay raise, out of anything I didn't know I would miss, Rock muisc in any Sonic game is surprisingly high up there, its one of the big factors in why I love Frontiers as much as I do

Best Titan theme: Break Through It All, Undefeatable in 2nd, I’m Here Revisited in 3rd (I do think Merry’s vocals work better for I’m Here, it would’ve been 2nd if it had the OG vocalist)
Best Cyberspace theme: OG Wishes in the Wind, Remixed Arrow of Time in 2nd, and Enjoy this World in 3rd
