    Should you chose the Kai' Li Series over the Diamana Series?
    Why is Tensei so different?

    Interesting to get the horses mouth perspective here...great podcast!! I've shortlisted the 105s mmt for my pro bag. I play Yamaha rmx vd/r iron and i think it will be a perfect marriage. It pays to spend alot of time testing shafts if you have the time and money...selecting the right 'perfect' shaft for your game is one of the hardest things to do when buying new clubs. Clubs for me are potential lifetime investments and i always buy iron covers for my irons...not for resale potential but for longevity in aesthetics

    Bought some used TCBs with 95 gram mmt shafts. Very stout. Surprised they work pretty well with my swing. Driver avg around 113. Wonder if 105s would match my speed a bit better

    How about a video where Mark shows us what's in his bag, both clubs and shafts. His speed and the adjustments he's had to make to his game as he's aged is representative of good portion of potential Cool Club customers.

    105S MMT feels almost terrifyingly stiff with the waggle test. But they feel great in play and are the most accurate graphite shafts I've ever owned. Very good dampening too for the joints.

    What happened to MMT for drivers such as utilized by Callaway in the Epic range? Looks to be disappearing but what is replacing it for woods?

    • @lkae4

      Seems like it's too heavy of a profile but I love my 105S iron shafts. They felt a bit stout with the waggle test but they have been extremely accurate and more dampening than Steelfiber or Recoil 95.

      @@lkae4 cheers for the feedback there. I'm quite 'feel' orientated with shafts and in my irons I have switched from steel to some P760's fitted with Recoil shafts. They dampen better than steel but not as much as I expected....is the dampening difference between the MMT and the Recoils significantly different or just a 'little' better?

      @lkae4 Год назад +2

      @@AGClassicCarTuning I had some minor joint issues with Recoil 95, no issues with Recoil 780 Smacwrap or MMT 105. I also use GP CP2 Wrap Jumbo grips which help a lot.

      @@lkae4 my move to Graphite is for perhaps similar reasons. Fingers and hand joints in general... Cheers

      Vanquish was not ready to be discussed at the time of filming. It is a great shaft! We expect it to do very well.

    Let me give you an idea of what innovation is. Unfortunately marketing bullshit and profiteering triumphs over innovation. And of course developing one shaft that can do it all will sell less than having 20 diff lines of shafts that will cater to specific corresponding characteristics even though they all do the same shit. Why dont you develop a shaft that self adjusts to different swing speed, transitions and loading? How about a shaft that helps you stay on plane, sort of like a gyroscopic effect to let you know if you're off plane? This would be innovation. Doing what everyone else is doing is NOT innovation stoopids!

    So basically mitsubishit has no fkg clue what the hell they are doing. They dont understand what their shafts actually do other than torque and flex just like every other brand. There is no innovation there.
