Watching the camera's auto-WB struggle with reality is interesting
That was weird, huh? On Phil and Tyler, it balanced to normal-looking colors. But on Lance, it went orange. Maybe because he was wearing blue kit?
Serious props to Tyler. Watched this video this morning and I appreciate his attitude and positivity. Thoughts are with Tyler, Mrs. Pearce, and his kids. To them I say, your dad’s a rock. Love to all out West impacted by the fires.

Ha -- good to see you up in this area Phil. I actually bought my Emonda from Lance about 5 years ago -- one of his season-end cast-offs. Next time up here, check out some of the east/west roads that are north of Hwy 46: Chimney Rock, Adelaide Rd., Peachy Canyon. Also if you go further north the loop that runs around Lake San Antonio is cool. It looks like you were on Santa Rosa Creek too, which is one of the best climbs around here (starting from the Cambria side). Then a bit further south, a lot of really good riding east of Santa Margarita: Pozo Rd. loop, Las Pilitas, Park Hill, Huer Huero -- this is the area the Wildflower Century uses every April. I'm sure Lance knows them all Love your humor! Look forward to every video.

That Central Coast is my favorite place in the world to ride! Make sure you get to climb Prefumo Canyon over to See Canyon. A MUST DO when you're in the area.

Most every road I have been on without a yellow line has had potholes, or people coming around blind corners in the middle of the road
Great episode! I'm in Clovis at the foothills and our Air quality is around 162 from the fires. Up in Bass Lake/Oakhurst, it's around 400-600 so it's great that Tyler can get away and ride.
Next time have Lance take you to Nacimiento-Fergusson rd. Very remote and beautiful. BTW Lance is currently 2nd on the KOM.
I've ridden out of Cayucos before - a great little gem of a community. Best cookies EVER! Phil needs to go for the Mauna Kea KOM!
