Glad I found this video. It made my job a lot easier. Thank you very much 👍. I had to replace the wiring harness because of broken wires at the frame where it flexes all the time. The door always showed open, you couldn't lock the car with the key in the ignition and the climate control was always on full blast because it thought the door was open. Also had to remove the door hinge bolts because you couldn't get the plug out of the frame far enough to unplug the main harness.
So I start watching your video. I paused when you fully taken off the door. Then I put it back on and I did the exact same mistake...only to open the video 2 mins later to find out you did it too :))))))

Hi, thanks for the video. The rear door card tweeters, do you have to remove the door card or do they pop right out? I am thinking of replacing them as I have done the front. I found out from the dealer that the tweeters are standard and not Sony, only the bass speakers are Sony :-(
Does the top bit above the door handle clip on in anyway because I have a wee cap at the front of the door card and don't no if it's broke are just needs clipped in

Ok so I bought the infinity primus speakers and did you rewire the whole vehicle or just at the doors. And what is that l2 thing you got mounted next to your amp
no I used the factory harness and all factory plugs. DO NOT cut the harness. please watch videos to learn how to do the speakers. You didn't buy the components?

Does the top bit above the door handle clip on in anyway because I have a wee cap at the front of the door card and don't no if it's broke are just needs clipped in
I am pretty sure the top of the door just hooks over the door frame. the tweeter housing does clip in.

yes it is normal. Buy some dynomat and place it in your car and it will help you a lot. My next project will be putting 72 SQ/ft of it all in my car.
Do you know if the rear door has window regulator preparations? My 2016 is currently manual operated on the rear seat?

NO they will NOT fit. sell them or return them. you need to buy 6.5"

should be able to return them. they need to be 6.5" round

ab0bna all the same except there is a clip for the window handle.

the first time you pull the door off the clips will be really tight. start at the bottom of the door.
