I made your enchilada sauce for my son’s wedding rehearsal dinner…I made both chicken and beef enchiladas,rice and beans…no need to say but I will….everyone came up and said they were the best enchiladas they ever had…many many peoples but mostly the men were raving about the best dinner ever…but it didn’t end their….nope…the next day I still got more compliments….they just kept coming..THANK YOU FROM “ALL” MY HEART!!!!not just the bottom. Glory be to GOD and I give you much thanks🥳

I love all the things that you do that show that you're an experienced cook. In other words, you pour the blender mixture onto a spoon to keep it from splashing everywhere unlike me where it would go everywhere. And you also went ahead and mixed the bullion up with some water and then put it into the stock pot instead of trying to dissolve by just putting it in directly. It's just those little things that I watch that make me so happy that I see you do.
Nancy in this video, she used a bullion concentrate called Better Than Bullion, it isn’t in a cube or powder, it in a condensed form of bullion and it’s a really really thick paste, and it’s wonderful, gives food a great flavor. Once you try it you’ll be hooked, I’m sure. 🤗

I've already tried two of your recipes but I'll have to say, this recipes in this video looks the best of all I've found, so far. When we have Hispanic Fair they have so many yummy dishes! The side dish I love so much is corn on the cob that mayo, cheese and chillies powder is placed on it!! It is so yummy!! And the chips that look like spokes on a wheel!! I think they are deep fried and puff up.. I see people put hot sauce on them!!

I have to thank you, again, for the tip you showed some time ago, about removing the seeds and veins before roasting the poblano peppers. I do it with any pepper I roast. I have spread this message to several other RUclipsrs, hoping others will try it. It is soooo much easier than removing the slimy stuff after roasting. Thanks for your wonderful videos. I just made this recipe for dinner tonight…I even learned how to make fresh corn masa with dent corn and nixtamilized the corn myself to make fresh corn tortillas! The casserole is simply delicious!

I just made this recipe for dinner tonight…I even learned how to make fresh corn masa with dent corn and nixtamilized the corn myself to make fresh corn tortillas! The casserole is simply delicious!
