    This channel BY FAR is the best anatomy channel out there. The software he uses and the way in which he highlights and describes structures makes things incredibly clear

    anterior border: in midline- chiasmatic sulcus, laterally- post border of lesser wings of sphenoid
    posterior border: in midline- dorsum sallae, laterally- superior border of petromastoid part of temporal bone
    features and landmarks.
    body of sphenoid with greater wings on either side
    greater wings contain temporal lobe of brain
    BODY:
    sella turcica contains hypophyseal fossa , its anterior wall is called tuberculum sellae which contain middle clinoid processes, its posterior wall is called dorsum sallae and contains posterior clinoid processes. (anterior clinoid processes on lesser wings of sphenoid)
    GREATER WINGS:
    have several foramina and fissures
    i-superior orbital fissure
    ii-foramen rotundum
    iii-foramen ovale
    iv-foramen spinosum.
    v-foarmen lacerum
    vi-groove fro greater petrosal nerve

    It helped me understand the basic difference between foramen,fissure and fossa which I visually understood much better than a bookish definition!
    Could you please guide me to ur video (if already published) regarding "anterior surface of petrous temporal bone which comes under lateral aspect of middle cranial fossa"....I'm having a difficulty in understanding that part... without ur help...
