All you need is an understanding of the law and of how foreign hackers attack U.S. networks.

The past abuse of Section 702 proves that the FBI can not be trusted to use such a powerful tool. The agents in the FBI are not stupid, there is a defined process for all investigations, procedures, and behaviors written and used since the day they started working for the department. To say that reforms have been instituted to remedy past abuse is insulting to taxpayers. The simple fact is that they think they are immune from oversight and prosecution and knew exactly what they were doing. Their failure of character allowed them to lie, mislead, cover-up, entrap and prosecute innocent American citizens, to the continued downward spiral of our country. Section 702 should be eliminated, all agents, except field agents need to be terminated, and FBI headquarters should be moved out of Washington D.C. to start.

The Congres needs to send Federal Marshals into the FBI and not demand but retrieve any and all of the information not having been turned over when ask for the first time requested.

By almost any measure, the proportion of official abuse cases that the prosecutors decided they would turn down is extraordinarily high. The best way to understand this reality is to examine the department's declination rates under other statutes. For individuals targeted for tax evasion (26 USC 7201), 40% were declined.
Needs a mechanism for redress of grievances and relief from damages. Most of this corruption stems from entities setting their own policy and monitoring themselves.
