A little tip for ya on the raccoon, take the meat and put it in a cooler and cover with ice and keep it covered for 4-5 days and make sure u take the plug out of the cooler. The ice as it melts pulls out all the blood and any gamey taste it may have and will also tenderize it a little bit. This works on any meat or fish that may be gamey

A little tip for ya on the raccoon, take the meat and put it in a cooler and cover with ice and keep it covered for 4-5 days and make sure u take the plug out of the cooler. The ice as it melts pulls out all the blood and any gamey taste it may have and will also tenderize it a little bit. This works on any meat or fish that may be gamey
