This may sound stupid, but try this to avoid flies. I thought it was bullcrap too when i first heard about it. Get a sandwhich sized ziplock bag, fill it with water. Put it on a table, somewhere visible, or put a hook on the wall and hang it. The water in the bag creates a blinding affect on the fly. They will stay away from that area, it's like a light wall that will protect you. I tried it in my backyard and I did not have one fly afterwards. This may sound stupid, but try this to avoid flies. I thought it was bullcrap too when i first heard about it. Get a sandwhich sized ziplock bag, fill it with water. Put it on a table, somewhere visible, or put a hook on the wall and hang it. The water in the bag creates a blinding affect on the fly. They will stay away from that area, it's like a light wall that will protect you. I tried it in my backyard and I did not have one fly afterwards. I heard they do this at outdoor restaurants in the South too.
Seeing the Buddha on that dudes face was dope. Being a Mexican you see the hood dudes with la Virgen, San Judas, La Muerte and etc. I'm a Buddhist as well so seeing that parallel in a Buddhist culture is dope.
