I agree with your review wholeheartedly! I just keep listening to this album over and over again. I think it's cause I can't wait for the build up to Dave Grohl smashing through on drums. I freaking love Broken Man and Flea so much! Thanks for this review.
Thanks for watching! I agree - It is a pretty epic moment when those drums do finally kick in!! The more I listen the more you anticipate it through those early tracks
Thank you!! I agree, but I definitely think AC will be looked upon very highly over the years as a great artist. Hopefully she made some $$ from the writing credit she got on the Taylor Swift tune
I've been a St. Vincent fan since her second album. And for me, every new album since then was a slow burn; I don't think I'm really into Daddy's Home yet. But I'll get there, I have a hunch ABS could become my new favourite St. Vincent album.
I agree that most SV albums take their time to hit, credit to Annie Clark she can make something that you want to keep listening back to though! Cheers for watching 🫡

Very cool video. I always want her to break out & get more fame (& $ let's be honest) cause she deserves it...
She’s doing fine. You make it seem like she can’t make rent. She “broke out” more than ten years ago.
