If you can't train with blocks, then when practising starts, you can use the crouch start. Other than that you can use both the 2 point and 3 point start.
@@ToremaThompsonok thanks you for reply, but also one ask what is the purpose of do some variations of starts (like 2 point, 3 point, crouch) if the competition is in block start, is there benefits for block starts doing 2 and 3 point?
@borjabolt You shouldn't really use blocks in competition without first practising with them in training first. You're better off just doing a crouch start in competition if you haven't practised with blocks. You won't get the benefit of blocks if you can't use them properly. The 2point and 3 point will allow you to still practice going through your drive phase without having to go down onto all fours every time.
Hey, what start is the faster without blocks, for someone who cant train with blocks but want to starts the fastest possible
