      Not bad actually I only did it for 3 cycles and I do recommend it but I just got a bit bored of it and found that it's easier to progress by sticking to a more conventional 4-6 rep range and 5-8 or 10-12 for isolation sort of program. Anyhow, I don't regret it at all and highly recommend it.

    I'm going to start this routine next month. I just started GVT. I have been doing powerlifting training and meets for the past 2 years and need to switch it up. I think I'm just going to try and gain size for the next year or more. Great video! Thanks for sharing!

      No problem. I just haven't found much coverage of HST at all on youtube so thought I'd share my experience as I work through it. People say it's not for "strength" but isn't that progressive overload? Haha so wtv people say you ARE going to get stronger, it's one of the main principles. Good luck man and keep posted ill be doing vids weekly.
