REVOLUTIONARY Protein Mug Cake Recipe | ONLY 100KCALS!!!
Really insane. Might have to experiment with the volumes and amounts but honestly can't believe I didn't find this earlier.
1. 30g of a whey + casein blend OR alternatively just do 15g whey 15g casein. You need both otherwise it will be too dry or too thick.
2. Add 5-10g of Baking soda.
3. 40-50g or mls of water.
4. MIX
5. Microwave!!! Different timing depending on bowl size etc. so.... keep an eye on it. Shouldn't need more than a minute.

16 weeks out planning an upload frequency of every 4 weeks or so. 200lbs as of now. 183cm height. Stats: Waist - 81cm. Squat - 150kg for 6. Bench - 105kg for 6. OHP - 65 for 5. Deadlift - 180kg for 5.

    Dips and pull-ups....your form is horrendous. Please correct, as it is you are doing partial reps. No stretch on the muscle and full range of motion.

      Thanks, wish I had the time to edit/make it more interesting but yeah full time student :P It's been great so far and I'm on day 25 on the day of writing this. Good luck mate. It's individual but what I've noticed so far: 1. increased "will" to just go and do things (less thinking and more taking opportunities). 2. you feel great daily. Feels crap going into it but when you come out you feel invincible. 3. It's funny. The ridiculousness of this brings a smile to my face when I start my day. 4. definitely translates to more confidence and other areas of your life, you're less of a wimp!

      Not bad actually I only did it for 3 cycles and I do recommend it but I just got a bit bored of it and found that it's easier to progress by sticking to a more conventional 4-6 rep range and 5-8 or 10-12 for isolation sort of program. Anyhow, I don't regret it at all and highly recommend it. Check out my other channel @booksandbiceps

      Didn't feel like I was progressing efficiently and too taxing on CNS doing those high rep weeks. Felt like a simpler more traditional program was better.

      Arnaud Ramgoolam yep twice. It was good while I was doing it and highly recommend trying it regardless. Different strokes for different folks u know.

      You should've done a video, with before and after pics. Still can; at least provide a narrated review talking about strength, measurement & scale improvements, etc.

    I'm going to start this routine next month. I just started GVT. I have been doing powerlifting training and meets for the past 2 years and need to switch it up. I think I'm just going to try and gain size for the next year or more. Great video! Thanks for sharing!

      No problem. I just haven't found much coverage of HST at all on youtube so thought I'd share my experience as I work through it. People say it's not for "strength" but isn't that progressive overload? Haha so wtv people say you ARE going to get stronger, it's one of the main principles. Good luck man and keep posted ill be doing vids weekly.
