  • Really insane. Might have to experiment with the volumes and amounts but honestly can't believe I didn't find this earlier.
    1. 30g of a whey + casein blend OR alternatively just do 15g whey 15g casein. You need both otherwise it will be too dry or too thick.
    2. Add 5-10g of Baking soda.
    3. 40-50g or mls of water.
    4. MIX
    5. Microwave!!! Different timing depending on bowl size etc. so.... keep an eye on it. Shouldn't need more than a minute.
