Ive always loved you and your energy but before I was not really watching entirely your videos bc I had no trauma, I was already a badass independent woman so I didnt really need all theses advices. but then a traumatic event happened to me in august 2023 and I unfortunately completely lose myself, so I started watching your videos and I really understood why women love you so much. Now I can’t resist to took notes everytime I watch your videos bc everything you say is so relatable and true. thank you for regiving me step by step my confidence that I lost, thank you Liz for being so real and helping people♥️
This shows that you weren’t always mentally stable YOU BECAME mentally stable. Although, you always talk about your trauma, this uncover the beginning of your healing journey, how you got where you are now. I’m sure many think pretty privilege when it comes to you “that’s easy for you to say, you don’t know what it’s like to be stuck with trauma AND an ugly physical appearance.” But no one is ugly, you just don’t take care of your soul. It’s a reflection of how you are inside like she said. How depression kills your motivation to take care of yourself for example brushing your teeth is also a reason why taking care of your mental state is the most important part for your outward beauty. And inner beauty comes in naturally when you stop thinking negative. Hope this helps.

Ive always loved you and your energy but before I was not really watching entirely your videos bc I had no trauma, I was already a badass independent woman so I didnt really need all theses advices. but then a traumatic event happened to me in august 2023 and I unfortunately completely lose myself, so I started watching your videos and I really understood why women love you so much. Now I can’t resist to took notes everytime I watch your videos bc everything you say is so relatable and true. thank you for regiving me step by step my confidence that I lost, thank you Liz for being so real and helping people♥️

This shows that you weren’t always mentally stable YOU BECAME mentally stable. Although, you always talk about your trauma, this uncover the beginning of your healing journey, how you got where you are now. I’m sure many think pretty privilege when it comes to you “that’s easy for you to say, you don’t know what it’s like to be stuck with trauma AND an ugly physical appearance.” But no one is ugly, you just don’t take care of your soul. It’s a reflection of how you are inside like she said. How depression kills your motivation to take care of yourself for example brushing your teeth is also a reason why taking care of your mental state is the most important part for your outward beauty. And inner beauty comes in naturally when you stop thinking negative. Hope this helps.

U got this bb. I also have strict parents, and what helped ME was earning trust. I’ve never been a bad kid and my grades weren’t the best, but k try and try. Now I take responsibility for my grades, I go to extra help in my own, I’m showing them k can be independent. Be honest with them always
