Yes! Thank you for this video! Good idea, and it looks great! I'm thinking about using this same thing to build a suspended wood floor over the existing concrete one. And you're so right-- if we put our minds and elbow grease to it, by the Grace of God, it CAN work! And looks good, too.Thank you! 👍
Thanks for the great remarks and I'm glad to be of some help! I am building some patio chairs now out of pallets so watch out for this one. I am now going into more details as what is needed and step by step! Thanks for subscribing, sharing and your likes!!!!!
You forgot to add a weed barrier underneath . I am also doing one, but I am adding a weed barrier and a couple of pavement underneath so the pallets can be elevated from the dirt
fantastic work, you are a master in creating anything from wood!.... (i had a long architecture career and love making stuff from wd too, never did pallets , but will do soon) you are grt ... make more! thank you for the video. PS . add a list of materials sizes and dim's ..!!!!, best wishes! ..
Nice job. I liked the way you stayed with all like pallets. That is very important when doing this kind of project. I would recommend that the parts that are contacting the ground that you treat them. Looking forward to seeing more videos. Joe
Thanks Joe! I didn't mention it but I did attach Treated 4x4 pieces as the legs which allows the pallets to remained suspended in the air. Thanks for the comments and watch for more to come!
I am interested in trying your design. I have never worked with power tools before. Can you add a list of materials and tools one would need to complete this project? Thanks.
This is very helpful but I wished you would have walked us through your steps. I am not a carpenter. I need measurements. I would have lowes or hine depot cut out and wood I need. Thank you for your video.
These pallets were heat treated then sprayed with a clear weather coating protection. If you notice, I put treated pieces of 4x4 on the bottom which allows the pallets to float off the ground. Last I put the treated deck pieces of 1 x 5 on the top which added extra protection to the pallets. Thanks for your question!
Look great...neat, and professional!👏🏾😃
Классный ролик и музыка приятная. Я себе на даче такой же настил сделал. Обработал маслом по дереву, надеюсь после зимы ничего не будет с досками.
Have pallets that were going to the dump, but now I can find a better use, thanks and awesome job
That's great! I have a lot more to come to be on the look out for them!

Hiii!!! I need help/advice on building a floating deck. Can you please help me?
Yes! What size deck are you trying to build?
good work
Thanks for the compliment!
Wait! What happened at 4:20? There were raw pallets with spaces that suddenly became a smooth floor?
That's what I was wondering......
If you look at 4:13 it looks like he laid treated wood perpendicular to the raw pallete wood.
How much did you spend ?
With the nails and the deck wood on top was around $300.00
🙂👏
Not a deck ,its called a Pallettio👍🤣
This seems like more work than building an actual deck 🤔
Good job
Thanks for the compliment!
