I used to be able to push and lift heavy stuff too. was so strong! At 65 i lifted my couch to vacuum behind it and caused Sciatica. Im 71 now and don't lift anything today, i can't. I love watching you and think of myself once...❤

I know the feeling.... I was always active in the flower garden. Now at 74 after surgeries....my mind is racing but my body is at a slow drag... I do a lot of container gardening. Which is ok because there's less weeding and bending. 😊

I've been using Biotone upon your suggestions, and I'm really pleased how my plants take off. Even my houseplants. Thanks for the suggestions!

Planting those trees yourself ensures it will be done right, will save you money and is a good workout!

Thanks for sharing they look great! I planted a Chinkapin Oak this morning. I may not be around to enjoy it's shade and to see wildlife eat it's acorns, but someone else will which make me happy :)

Would love to know where you found beautiful trees like those. We live in central Iowa, and I haven’t been able to find big evergreens like those to plant.

These black hill spruce will be anywhere from 30-60 feet tall once matured! They do grow rather slowly so it could be a while before reaching that.
