    Thanks for the lecture. I wish you had described in a bit more detail the Asian variation on OCT with paramacular " distribution" . Distribution of what? hyperpigmentation or hypopigmenation? Also I wish you had explained the features in the accompanying fundus photo.
    PS: please decide which spellings are correct; Bulls-Eye, Bulls eye or bull's eye?

      Distribution of plaquenil. It deposits more peripherally in asians. Therefore not giving the normal bulls eye pattern.
