I recieved the 8s a few days ago. The bottom of the box was busted. The rear tire wouldn't spin freely. Three members of my family attempted to ride. We all had extreme difficulty getting it to move forward. It took several days to get a hold of customer service. Finally, spoke with a rep to return it. I paid $2584.92. Ultimately, I'm out $329 for their "white glove service" assembly fee. Plus, a 10% ($258) restocking fee. Also, I have to pay for shipping which I can imagine will be no less than $200 considering the package weighs over eighty pounds. I recommend not buying unless you can test ride it first.

I was out riding my street strider 3i & the frame cracked right underneath the fold joint on the welded seal. The company sent me a new frame with the bottom bracket bearings & square tapers attached to the frame.
I'm very nervous about taking apart my old street strider & putting together the new one. Taking all of the brake & gear shift wires out of the old frame & putting them into the new frame correctly looks like it's going to be very tough to accomplish. Adjusting the wheels (the back wheel came loose once on the old bike - I don't understand why there is a locking nut on the right side of the rear wheel but no locking nut on the left side ), keeping the tire pressure at the correct PSI, steering, brakes & everything else was so difficult when I first put my old street strider together. I have never been able to get the gear shifter to shift to gear 3 no matter what I adjust or do to the gear shift assembly. I hope it is easier when I'm putting the gear shift assembly on the new frame. It was mostly assembled before, what if all of the parts do not fit correctly & tightly on the new bike after I put it together? I'm worried about my safety & hope that I don't have any problems while taking apart the old bike & assembling the new one.
I can't afford to go to a bike mechanic & am not mechanically inclined. Do you have any advice on where to put the parts after taking them off the old frame & before putting them on the new frame? My family & I are very concerned that I may do something wrong when trying to put this street strider together. I’m worried about what parts of the bike to add lubricants to on the bike.
I hope that I’m not bothering you & that you can give some advice to help me take apart my old street strider & put together the new one. Any help that you could give me with my street strider would be appreciated because I’ve been worrying about getting this finished so that I can get back outside & focus on my workouts again & not on my safety. I hope this bike will last me for several years & that I don't have any more problems. Thanks for your time.

Looking through your vids. This has been out a LONG time and I’m just finding out? Your marketing needs boost.
Why haven’t you put this in hands of known RUclips influencers?
ijustine for one may like this, she’s into health. P-Funk Roberts is another health channel I can think of.
Great concept.. but seems like you’re relying on the concept itself “to move” this for you.
Invest! put in hands on influencers. Can’t afford ijustine?
start smaller.. 200k subscriber channels, 100k subscriber channels.
Covid season is perfect time to start hitting up the visuals (more viewers available sitting at home) this kind of concept may just sell. People want to get out and even better with the healthy cool setup. Good luck
