I got the 2 best cheap players who turn into monsters.
Seibe Schrijvers (ST)(RC Genk) from 61 OVR to 87 OVR in 4 seasons.
Hector Bellerin (RB)(Arsenal) from 56 OVR to 82 OVR in 5 seasons.

Ricardo Kishna plays for Ajax. He is 18 yrs old, LW starts at 68 or 69. He is 6'2 tall, has like 85 pace allready. 4 star weak feat, 4 star skills. Make sure in career mode u download the latest squads. Hes recently been added. And he really is amazing so far!

Well the fun for me isn't guessing potentials, its watching successful young players grow. That's my favorite part, and definitely to each their own
On the wings i've got bakkalli and another guy called tadic in LW. Got him real cheap, 80 rated at 25 and has an amazing cross!
I had Bakkali when he was 22 on my career mode and he was overall 88 with 97 sprint speed and 94 dribbling + many 90+'s. He is an amazing player to grab. also Martial (French ST) Very young and has 97 Sprint speed and very good finishing with 90 Strength and hes 17 yrs old.
To potential of players isn't an confirmed static, it depends on how much you play him and what its form is.
Once you find a player you like and have scouted you should get a price (teams will want more than they're worth unless their contract is 1 year) you need to click to sign a player and offer the team money for the player. If the team accepts then you offer the contract to a player (some players will want a better role) If they reject try increasing their wages about 10 - 20% usually works for me. To actually try buy the player click a scout report or search player click A or X (xbox or ps3).

Draxler has 86 potential, but thing about this is that it's the potential he could gain if you let him play for Schalke. One thing he doesn't point out is that most of these players are EXPENSIVE, so if you pick a team with less than 60 Million budget, you'll have to sell some of you're key players... Furthermore, some of the best young players are actually unavailable during the first transfer window (Martial for example is new at Monaco, so he can't be sold).
Hey guys if you want a young striker you must check out GABIADINI from SAMPDORIA. Amazing striker, tall, Fast , amazing goal scorer. I highly recomend cheching him out
I think the number given is minimum potential, e.g. If a player doesn't leave his club or follows a natural career path he will reach the number stated and no further.

Ignore potential, I got Ayew from Marsellie up to 96 when his potential was 86, Christian Eriksen, Wilshere and Nastasic up to 95, Moses up to 93 and Luuk De Jong up to 92

players potential will change depending on how good they play or how often you play them

that potential was the minimum that they would get to if they had average form, it was just meant to be a guideline that's why if they played well consistently they improved at a quicker rate. were you expecting there to be no difference?
I got Bakkali in my Reading career mode in the fifa 14 early release and he grew to 78 after one season.
I had baloteli in fifa 8 bought for I think 8 mil. And rating 80 19 years also when he was 20 he scored 120 goals and rating 90. I loved that time gd

I think futhead is just an average potential for players, it depends on how much you play them :)
I wanted to get anthony martial ( didnt know his potential ) but he was on loan and have to wait -_-

This wasn't really a spolier.. I mean, a lot of the players on this list are expected to have a lot of potential. Bakkali and Marquinhos are the only two players I don't know from that list that I can remember seeing hhaah
i wonder if its going to be a plyer like felipe ramos in fifa 13 he had 69 overall after 2 seasons or 3 i cant remember he hits 90

The Last Time I Played Carrer Mode In Fifa Was In Fifa 11 And It Was Hard To Make The Players Get Better Example I Buy A 70 Rated Player And 4 5 Seasons He Only Upgraded To A 75.
But what I Want To Know Is If Its Easier To Make Them Better In Fifa 14?

in fifa 13 i managed to get Holtby to 93! and he was 27 and still growing!!
My lukaku reached an 88 rating with 96 strength, 94 shot power, 87 acceleration and 89 sprint speed

Websites like this completely ruin FIFA Career Mode in my opinion. It defeats the purpose of having good knowledge of up and coming players. Also to a certain extent it ruins the scouting thing. Because of these websites, there are so many kids who say "oh this player is so sick". When they've never seen them play before.

I know players can exceed these potentials but why is Isco not in the top 3 in this list? Isco is the future of Spain's midfield. rated 84 at only 21? Should have a growth of atleast 8
Those arent real potential you can actual take them a bit further... i believe those are evaluated on CPU Usage not actual player usage
