- This is peak RUclips content right here, folks. What do I do on my day off? Recover. What's that entail? Rehab, mobility, and time on the lake. In this video, I take you through a typical off-day mobility session, where I take advantage of the time and do the best I can to prep for the next upcoming training day.
Also, can't hurt to go out and target some big bass. I take the boat out whenever I get the chance, clock out, and sharpen my mind on something else. With track season about to go into full swing, I've gotta make the most of every opportunity! Luckily enough, I got one of the biggest bass I've caught this year on tape, blowing up on topwater. One of the best secrets to throwing far, have things that you love besides throwing! Thanks for watching

Hey I just want to let you know I've been throwing shot for 7 years and I'm a Freshmen in High School, I've been watching your videos a lot to try and help me with my form. I hope that one day I can meet with you in person. I'm throwing 31'5" I keep trying to see where it lands and it's killing my release. I know I got some other stuff to work on but for know I'm breaking in down. Thanks for all of you're help.
I ran track and cross country , still play tennis , didn't get too into the Field events but have so much RESPECT for this athlete who is the absolute G.O.A.T. in his discipline and people throw that term around too easily , but he has a good chance to match the G.O.A.T. Al Oerter who won 4 Olympic Discus titles... mad RESPECT for Ryan Crouser!!!
Thank you 🙏
Ryan crouser just seeems like one of the coolest people there is
Yeah, man! I also heard you pulled a pec muscle, I hope to see you in the ring soon.
Hi Ryan,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am Andres Becerra from Colombia, currently living in Toronto, Canada. My 10-year-old son is participating in a shot put competition with his school. I apologize for the intrusion, but we know you hold the world record in shot put, and I was hoping you could send an inspirational message to motivate him in his training. He secured first place today, and his next competition is on June 5th. If he repeats his great performance, he'll advance to the Ontario competition.
Thank you so much for your time and consideration.
Best regards,
Andres Becerra

Back in my high school days i was top 10 Canada in hammer throw and shot put, i made bad life choices in my early 20's and now im obese, eating fast food everyday day and smoking, do you have any tips for guys like me who want to compete again ? watching your content is inspiring and i hope this comment reach you !
Set small goals to get back into it, could be as simple as 10 throws every other day for a week, setting achievable goals and working towards them is the biggest first step you can make.
I was 2 nd in state(slovenia) at age 14,(15,32meters) kinda fell bad i dudnt pursue
What age did you start throwing
11, didn’t train track and field only until 18 though
I am 12 years old and throw 35 feet. Is that good?
That’s solid, keep on working and you’ll go even farther 👍
@1:40 🤨
Great video. What do you do for your legs and to loosen hips Ryan?
