My husband and I have been in the middle of refreshing an older home we purchased. When ambition got the best of them and the reality that it couldn’t all be painted in one night hit ….. I was like yes I have been there! Painting is hard and exhausting work. 😊
Do yall remember seeing the viral Amazon pop up houses? Yall should buy one of those Amazon pop up houses since yall have so much land and put it near your house as a guest house/ extra storage. But would be great for friends to stay in when they visit and obviously could use the extra space.
@@Kam-wh5ec okay? This is literally a tiny pop up house they have over 100 acres. They can turn the pop up into a “she shed“ or man cave and still have all those things you mentioned. I’m thinking this would be a helpful solution to their current issues.

My children did it when they were little, so i found a nail bite polish at Wal-Mart. i kept it on their nail all the time. It's a clear polish. And it tastes horrible.lol. they stopped biting their nails.lol.
Dont forget to maybe let someone farm it for u if u dont plan on doing it. More income usually 2/3 farmer and 1/3 you but it will be more income or u can do 1/2 and 1/2 if u pay ur half of the materials, fertilizer, spray, etc.
