I've never been much of a podcast person, but Matt and Abby are my favorite to listen to! Wednesday is my new favorite day of the week! You guys are so relatable and fun to listen too! Thank you for always brightening up my week! ❤️
My husband and I were engaged for a year, was halfway through building our home and we broke up for 10 months. When we did find our way back to each other, it was so much better than before. We both realized what we had lost while we were apart. Two kids and 22 years later, we are so happy! We have never looked back! ❤❤❤
Seriously, one of my favorite podcast yet! I love how y’all are able to make everyone feel comfortable to be open and honest about things in their life. I just enjoy all y’all so much. I’ve actually only seen Sophia and Taylor in Devin and Hunters things. I’m going to go check them out now. Thanks for sharing all y’all’s lives with us!
My exhusband and I broke up for 4 1/2 years. Had to navigate co-parenting our two young kids and divorce, just for us to find our way back together. We’ve been together now 2 years and have almost 1 year old twins. Happier than ever. We both needed time by ourselves to figure out who we were. We were so young when we dated and had our first two kids. It is possible to have a beautiful strong relationship with an ex.
Dated my boyfriend at 18 for 4 months. We broke up after he turned 21 and we were apart for about a year and a half. Came back together out of the blue and worked on things for about 8 months before officially dating again and now we’ve been back together for almost 5 years. It really all depends on the situation.
I also have Wolf-Parkinson-White Syndrome and found out I had it when I was pregnant with my 1st baby. My heart felt like it was going to beat out of my chest it was beating so fast. I went to hospital and my heart rate was over 200 and was like that for around a day or so. The first hospital er I went to had no idea what was going on with my heart so they life flighted me to a bigger hospital. They didn’t know what was going on at first either since the condition is so rare. It took me throwing up because of morning sickness to throw my heart back into a normal rhythm. The doctors talked about doing an ablation, but didn’t since my HR went back to normal. It is so amazing to hear that you have the same condition I do. I still get episodes that only last for a few minutes or so every so often, but it crazy that I didn’t know I had it until I was pregnant! Love the podcast by the way!
I haven't gotten a chance to watch all of your podcast episodes... but I've thoroughly enjoyed every one that I have seen! It's just so wholesome and real. I think it's a really nice way to be able to get to know some of my favorite people on social media a little bit better
I started following you a while ago because your content was so sincere with good values and fun to watch. Lately I have noticed a difference in how you title your videos and what kind of topics you choose to dwell on. People don't need to know everything about the private life of couples. And Matt, there is nothing shameful in the beautiful things happening within a marriage. I'm writing this only because I think you have such a beautiful family and a lot of potential as creators. Don't let fame or money or the expectations of others overshadow your values!
I can't do social media other than RUclips. On that note I would like to say I absolutely love seeing you grow into the people God intended you to be. I watch every week and never gets old always something to laugh and smile about. Amazing parents that is what you both are. Thank you for making my days better. I send all my love to you and your family and I am subscribed to most of your friends lol.
I LOVE WEDNESDAYS!! It’s always such a joy and excitement when a new episode comes out. Then I have to choose wisely with what task to do/ get done while I listen 😂 Thank you for such great episodes guys!
I would love to see more diverse guests with different stories. It seems that most all have the same life story of getting married young, waiting until marriage & having kids at a young age.
Honestly it’s nice to see young couples having babies young. Some people, like me, can really relate! There are tons of other podcasts that represent diverse couples. I don’t see anything wrong with a niche!
Why Shana? Does it offend you? I absolutely love that the children & Grandchildren of yester-year are going to show the baby-boomers & Gen-x'ers how to care for each other. Even if they fight they don't quit! I believe in all of them!
I would agree but that this story has become so uncommon in the modern age when people are postponing marriage and dating and having smaller families. Promoting the opposite, marrying early, big families, that is definitely a worthy objective.
The "what's up dudes", is awesome! It is so nice and refreshing to be able to sit down and watch a video that I know is clean for my kids and grandkids. ❤
Wow pregnant at 19! They have goals. I'm at University with 25k in debt, barely have money in bank, and I'm about the turn 19 September the 17. That is crazy, I honestly wish I had the love you guys have for each other including Taylor and Soph. ❤
I loved this episode! (I’m newer to this channel) but I absolutely loved listening to this! You guys are so down to earth that it makes me feel like I am sitting in the same room as you! 💕
I think it’s so sweet and genuine, the way Matt and Abby are talking with this couple and about their own relationship. I married my high school sweetheart at 18. We were married 30 years last December. I feel like 7 years or 4 years is not a real confirmation a marriage has lasted or is meant to be, but I wish all of these young people the very best ❤
I love listening to y’all when I’m cleaning. Idk why but it just gives me more motivation and it’s cool listening to y’all talk about the most randomest things and it making sense
My husband and I broke up for about a year as well when we were about 19 years old. We got back around when we were 20, got married 3 years later. We now have an almost 1 year old daughter!
Thank you so much for talking about getting back together after breaking up. I got back with my ex after he changed. I took a while to believe that he changed, but I felt so calm with him and he makes me happy. Taylor and Soph's story makes me feel so much hope for our future together.
When they were talking about the accents it is so true. I am also from Georgia and the accents are so different. They have such a more noticeable than mine. I love y’all so much and I am so happy for everyone on this episode❤️
I told my husband that my ideal would have been for him to propose and us to get married 5 minutes later. We tried for a 4 month engagement but our church wasn't available the only date that worked for us and our families that month so we ended up waiting 5 months instead. From meeting to marriage was 15 months and it was perfect, but we were 26 when we met. We merged our finances when we were still dating because we knew after just a couple months. And yes, we waited because we both believe to strive for obedience to what the Bible says. I actually had cancer when we were first married but we had our baby girl earlier this year and she is such a miracle. We had an easy, fast, unmedicated water birth at a birth center with just my husband and midiwfe there. We got to go home 2.5 hours after delivery and all slept so well in our own beds. Those early newborn days were so incredibly sweet for us.
I love listening to this podcast it is always a way to feel joy and enjoy cleaning on wensday morning it always motivates me to clean thanks for doing this podcast and I hope Abby and August are doing well💜💜💜💜love yall
Right! We had a teacher who got pregnant over summer break and some of the boys in my class made the joke “well we know what you did this summer” it’s very weird having a pregnant teacher especially when you are in middle school.

It’s so funny to hear Matt talk about living in St.Louis cause I’m from AR but my husband is from MO and we now live about 1.5 hours from St.Louis and my husband’s grandpa used to be a stage manager at The Muny and even performed some.
I have been with my husband 17 years and married 9 1/2. 2 previous, very abusive marriages in my past and 1 not so great marriage for him. He asked me, out of the blue at a beautiful restaurant. We picked my rings, wedding dress and other dresses on Amazon. Our path is different than yours. We are much older. I went into marriage #1 thinking for better or worse and it was abusive. Husband #2 beat me all the time. I had another child without marriage and my husband is gifting my youngest with HIS last name. I love your podcast.
It’s so weird to me to hear how much they fight in their relationships…my Fiancé and i (we’ve been together 6+ years) NEVER fight or even argue. Never have. Love yall❤
I love the way Taylor and Sophie talk about their faith. I wish Matt and Abby did it. Are they even Christians? They act so nice. They really seem like it
Matt’s brother caleb is Christian and he talks about his faith on his channel. Maybe Matt is a christian but he doesn’t really like to talk about it on RUclips because of possibly offending someone
Matt and Abby, thank you so much for the podcast. Really, I love it. It's just so amazing to see how, real you guys are. Many times it seems like life is so perfect for some tiktok couples. Which really, I am happy for them. But you guys share the challenges in life and show us how bravely you guys face them, as a couple. This is how I know that you guys love each other. #Love goals, so happy for you @Matt&Abby
We did natural family planning and it definitely worked for us! We purposely conceived when we wanted to. You just need to understand the female body and yours specifically and it’s actually just as effective as any other preventative.
My husband and I used it for 3.5 years before conceiving on the first try and gave birth 3 weeks ago. I was so tired of birth control and feel SO much better doing NFP without the artificial hormones.
This is so exciting to watch. My hubby and I got engaged in January. Then we were married March 12th. I was nineteen and he was twenty. And our first baby is due in December. So we’re excited. I love hearing someone else’s perspective of the same story.
Sounds like POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) beyond WPW Syndrome...the heat sensitivity & passing out. POTS can also strain the heart...causes Tachycardia when being upright. Could be a stressor to trigger a WPW episode.
I gotta say. I watch Taylor and Sophia. I find them extremely obnoxious. This episode changed my mind about them. I really wish they would be this chill on their channel. New level of respect for both of them.
Omg I had the same heart ablasion! Only came up when I was 19 but I had 2 major episodes where it shot up to 250 for awhile. They had to reset my heart in the ambulance. Crazy! So relatable.
Love this I found out I was 18 and pregnant and now I'm 21 with nearly a 3-year-old my partner and I are also different ages this makes me feel alot more comfortable 😌
Literally me 26 years old completely independent and halfway across the country and afraid to tell my mom I was pregnant bc I was afraid I would get in trouble 😂😂 looking at that positive test knowing full and well we had been trying and still like omg I’m in so much trouble for getting pregnant 😂
I’m married to my ex and me and my husband have a similar story. My husband and I broke up way back when due to his partying and drug addiction. Few years went by started hanging out and bam here we are almost a year married come April. God has a plan for all of us❤
You can tell how welcoming Matt and Abby are, I also appreciate that Taylor and Soph didn’t bask Catholicism lol, I’m fourteen and my journey with the Lord hasn’t been easy because my parents are atheist but now I finish my conversion this Easter Vigil (the night before Easter) praise be to God for such a great Christian community no matter what denomination
You can tell Matt and Abby always make it so easy to hangout and talk, it never feels awkward when they have guest/friends over

Surprise, Shawty lol when he said that I was rolling
ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS EP
So excited to listen to it!
it is at 2am where I'm from, so Excited to watch it.
I gotta say. I watch Taylor and Sophia. I find them extremely obnoxious. This episode changed my mind about them. I really wish they would be this chill on their channel. New level of respect for both of them.
Woowwww. Whaaaat!!! This whole time I've been watching Taylor and Soph not knowing they are 19 and 21😱🤣
Yeah Soph looks like she 25 and Taylor looks like he's 21
“I was scared he was gonna be mad” “I- well that’s sad”😭
I did a short engagement, 4 months, and totally recommend it.
I love your guys content you inspire me so much love y’all
Great video! I lived in AZ 30 years ago and sweet tea was a thing!
I love both Y'all and sweet tea is top tier haha, love from Ohio!
Omg I had the same heart ablasion! Only came up when I was 19 but I had 2 major episodes where it shot up to 250 for awhile. They had to reset my heart in the ambulance. Crazy! So relatable.
47:05 ahahahahahaa I am dying at his impression of how the used to say it 😂😂😂😂 ✌️
Love this I found out I was 18 and pregnant and now I'm 21 with nearly a 3-year-old my partner and I are also different ages this makes me feel alot more comfortable 😌
Literally me 26 years old completely independent and halfway across the country and afraid to tell my mom I was pregnant bc I was afraid I would get in trouble 😂😂 looking at that positive test knowing full and well we had been trying and still like omg I’m in so much trouble for getting pregnant 😂
I’m 21 and I felt the same way lol 😂
I really love this podcast. Matt and Abby make the guests feel like they are just coming over to their home. Love listening!!
Please have the merrel twins and their husbands on the podcast!
I’m married to my ex and me and my husband have a similar story. My husband and I broke up way back when due to his partying and drug addiction. Few years went by started hanging out and bam here we are almost a year married come April. God has a plan for all of us❤
I LOVE YOU GUYS AND TAYLOR AND SOPH! Wow!❤
100/100 so good love you guys so muchhhh
You can tell how welcoming Matt and Abby are, I also appreciate that Taylor and Soph didn’t bask Catholicism lol, I’m fourteen and my journey with the Lord hasn’t been easy because my parents are atheist but now I finish my conversion this Easter Vigil (the night before Easter) praise be to God for such a great Christian community no matter what denomination
You guys and these guests are so entertaining and funny!
