Please make a video on how many fellowship are closed by govt after 2014 on higher level also. For post doctoral fellowship there were many schemes which are now closed. Grants for phd ghave been reduced. Also now only 10% people are selected for NPDF which was more earlier.
A lot of scholarships like SN Bose have been scrapped and the grant from iBEC to iGEM teams have also been discontinued. KVPY/INSPIRE scholarship amounts have not been revised since a long time. The focus on science and higher education has decreased significantly in the last few years.

Its not bsc its BS degree. And iisc provide quality researcher from our country which r solely responsible for better functioning of drdo and isro. If gov will not promote students for science and research then india will solely lack in R and D sector
