Btw, when I practice yoga my dog seems to relax and falls asleep. I wonder if she senses the energy.

Ali, thank you for this gift. I usually do AK13 but tried AK30 after a break from my practice and only lasted 20 min. The next day I had to use a wheel chair to get around due to a neurological disorder that causes spasms and over do stress to my body. Later that day after this session I was able to walk without falling down because of the breathing and stretching. Thank you, it is now part of my therapy. By the way, I used to get an upward facing dog while I was in down dog. I lost Mojo in October, the reason for the break; cherish each moment with Sofie, your love for her is exuberant.

I can't wait to try this class. I just found this after completing my usual Yin routine. AND you filmed it on my birthday! Cheers

    This was wonderful, Ali.
A perfect Rice Krispie practice, as it gave me multiple snap, crackle, and pops along my spine.
Sofie seemed to approve too by showing us her perfect down dog.

Forcing myself to take a "day off" and restore, this class totally fit my needs today. Thank you for offering such a variety of classes - and for your wise commentary as well.

I am going to sleep like an Angel! I loved what you said about stress. I have learnt so many new things. I loved the voice over and Sophie sleeping by your side. My cats also fell asleep around me. During Shavasana I had a very very uncomfortable feeling...almost like pain leaving my body through a very narrow space....like if I was about to explode...and then I felt very very relaxed and sleepy. Very strong experience. Thank you Ali.

Thank you for this Ali, it is so, so perfect for what my body, mind and soul needs... I have been feeling so rubbish and am fighting off a flu/bug as well as healing from having an ovary removed. I have been waiting for the class since you said you were working on it to release in days time and as soon as it appeared I did it - even though I intended to do nothing because of grogginess - and oh my, I felt places crack and open and relish the breath through your guidance :) You are a truly loved master and it is a beautiful gift to practice with you

took me forever to find this video again. Did it years ago and it made me feel better, then lost the video. Now my health has gotten unbearably bad so going to try this out. I think it's from caffeine and other diet issues but this should hopefully still help a little

Good morning Ali,so I almost have done this class for 2 weeks and the first day I had hard times to just let go, no concentration on my breath,4 days I cried so much and felt sad then it got easier and I even could hold my moula bandhas or how you say.I enjoy this Yin yoga and I do feel lighter and softer in my muscles except in my hamstrings, I don't understand why they just have to be tight,,,they loosen up couple of days but then they do get hard again and I can feel the stiffness from my right hamstring all the way up to my right shoulder(A spot) which stiffens up even my neck on the right side a bit...when I turn my head to the right shoulder its kind of hard....otherwise no problems and I'm gonna keep up with this yin yoga...have a nice weekend with a lot of Love and Blessing

Thanks Ali!! I did like the class..very relaxing, and I felt like I had a massage on my body. I still prefer more active routines, but I am sure that from time to time we also need yin yoga to adjust ourselves. On reclining warrior i always have problems with my feet, the bones really hurt, so i have to use pillows for my feet. Namaste, Isabel

Thank you for the relaxing yin yoga, I really like the way you present it, I felt safe with your voice. I had a problem with the bended knees besides the body and then leaning back. My knees tent to pop a little doing poses with knees bend, I often dislocate them slightly also when not doing yoga. What can I replace the pose with if its to hard on the knees ? Im hypermobile so all my joints pop a little easier.

Ali, thank you so much for your videos!! I wonder if you could give me an advice. I started to experience back pain (the chest area, more to the right side of the body) around 5 month ago. It was not so strong at all, but then i fell from the horse during horseriding lesson. I tore tendons on the right foot, and hit the back on the right side. After this fall my back started to ache much more. I did all the medical exams, even verified liver and all the biliary tract, and doctors did not find anything, but i still suffer from pain in the midsection of the back and the ribs on the right side of my body... it is frustrating, because it is quite pesristent... and the doctors say that everuthing is in order,... my queestion is: could you advice me the exersises i should do to help it? should i do exersices for all the parts of the spine at once? are there any particular exersices for the mid section of the spine? i will be very greatful for any advice!! thank you in advance...

I have a hard time eating right, especially being in college. Plus I've been so busy with work and school on top of it that I've been taking more days off of yoga like maybe twice in a week sometimes three. Should I try to wake up earlier and practice in the morning? But I haven't cause my body always feels so tight and its so hard to stretch. Any advice?
