One question. When u do cycling planting do you plant the seedlings in your greenhouse? So I assume u transplant the entire green house content at one time so as to stagger each crop set.

This depends which part of the world you are in. In the Northern hemisphere, the south side is receiving more sun. I believe it is opposite in India but as each land is unique you have to take into account neighboring environment

Are they same from normal seeds available in market or different for organic farming? What do you suggest, should we start developing with Vermi compost first and then start Organic farming or we can directly do Organic farming?
