    While adaptability, transparency, and inspection are crucial aspects of Agile, it's important to note that the Agile Manifesto explicitly mentions the core values of "Individuals and Interactions," "Working Solutions," "Customer Collaboration," and "Responding to Change." These values serve as the foundation for Agile methodologies. Adaptability, transparency, and inspection are principles and practices that support these core values in the Agile mindset.

    In the aspect of SAFe core values, it is advisable to the list the core values according to the framework, and these are Alignment, Transparency, Built-in quality and Program execution.

    Iteration Review is of only one team's demo - entire sytem's Review is called as System demo as much as i know

      Hi, Yes there is not much discussion about a built-in quality as a SAFE core value that creates little confusion, however, this is an older video.

    i faced one tricky question, Can retrospective done in between sprint ? Pls guide on this. I think answer is no

    • @ahmedhussain5308
      @ahmedhussain5308 Год назад

      Your sprint should end to discuss on the improvements so you cannot do retrospective in between if you are following all the ceremonies strictly as per Agile process. But in reality if you have agreed with the team to do retro in between regularly every sprint then I think that should be fine.

    Hi Sunad, I got a question saying "Is it possible to add additional team members to sprint. If so, does it impacts team velocity? If it impacts does it increase/decrease the same.

    • @CareersTalk
      @CareersTalk  2 года назад
