Wow - this lesson was exactly what I needed to understand the elemental layer. The topics were introduced in a concise, interconnected, and simple manner that allowed me to understand the elemental topics with ease. Thank you so much, keep doing this great work!
Thanks so much for this overview, i accidently end up here, but I'm glad I did, u r way too good in explaining things especially the snowman and Dino's are perks, thanks a lot Mr Kumaresh
Nice explanation. Analogy to snowman and dinosaurs is definitely a useful aid in memorizing. The video has created a nice logical pictorial map in my mind. Breaking it down into team and program level is extremely useful as well to put roles into the right context. Thanks so much. Looking forward to more videos.
In summary: SAFe redefines Scrum in a profound way vis a vis changing role accountability. SAFe no longer references the Scrum Guide in its material. Despite this intentional divergence, Scaled Agile continues to realize the marketing benefit of retaining the term "Scrum Master" (while no longer pointing to the Scrum Guide). Unlike Scrum, which is open and transparent about changes to the Scrum Guide, SAFe offers no such transparency regarding it's rationale for such decisions. Human are pretty clever and often gain clarity from intentional obfuscation.
Hands down - the best explanation of the 'big picture'. I am a visual learner, and this was very helpful.

I agree Kev. That is why I believe in the new version of SAFe (6.0), they changed from "Scurm" to "SAFe Scrum"
Thank you so much
