this is very detailed with a real time scrum master. I'm a scrum master with total of 16 plus years of experience, had some thing new to learn in agile methodology like always.
Thank you for this detail session!!! This session covers below topics which is most essential for every SCRUM Masters 1-User stories 2-Estimation 3-Resolving Conflicts 4-Value of Sprint Review meetings 5-Imp of DOD and DOR
First, I'd like to thank Sunanda for organizing this incredibly insightful Q&A session. I also want to express my sincere gratitude for Apoorva's detailed answers. Apoorva and Keshav's Scrum Master interview videos were excellent and meticulous and featured a lot of detail. Those who are going to be interviewed for Scrum Master positions will find this extremely useful and helpful. Apoorva's videos provided a comprehensive overview of the Scrum Master role and what is expected of successful candidates. They also provided detailed advice on how to prepare for an interview and how to approach the questions. Overall, Apoorva's videos were an invaluable resource for those preparing for Scrum Master interviews. Moreover, Apoorva's videos provided a clear understanding of the Scrum Master's role and the challenges associated with it, allowing interviewees to confidently demonstrate their knowledge during the interview.
Aporva you are brilliant. Thank you so much for providing the information. Thank you careers talk. I am preparing myself for scrum master interviews. These videos are helping me a lot. Thank you 😊
Very informative and helpful...Thanks Apoorva for sharing such experiences dealing as a scrum master...I really got many ideas to handle the impediments and your experience as a scrum master. Thanks Sunand for arranging such interactive session...
This Session is so nice and went like a Cakewalk 😀Apurva looks really cool when the time she was answering the questions. I will be eagerly waiting for the next session with her👍
Fibonacci series is also helpful in doing the calculations like getting the velocity by taking the average of last 6 sprints , adding the sizing SPS. So doing the the mathematical calculations Fibonacci series is used.
Hi Sunand and Apoorva, This is an excellent video series for those who want to know about deeply Scrum Master interview questions and answers. I watched your other video Sunand as well, however, which way Apoorva explained all the answers is awesome. Here I a have question, can we use the Normalization velocity technique for newly formed teams as hours or t-shirt sizing?? As into the Normalization velocity technique also for the new team here and there velocity and then after 3 to 4 sprints as the team gets more mature, stability will increase and we can get more exact Velocity.
Thank you Apoorva for all the answers. The way you explained is awesome. I just still have a question about Estmation....During estimation, a mid level item, definitely the estimation will be different for a Senior developer(who is working sice 4 years in the project) and Junior developer(who joined since 1 year and working in the project). But ultimately the item has been worked by Junior developer then what should be the estimation point would be taken for that item . The one mentioned by Sn developer or Jn. Developer?
Thanks... actually it's not any great wisdom.. hv just scribbled notes on whatever I read so that I cn read through quickly before interview or sessions... it would remind me what I had learnt in that session. So guess this is individualistic... we need to create our own summary books... but just wanted to share that it's a great way to remember things.. as we can't go through all videos/ posts in detail at all times 😊😊
Hi Sunand, Apoorva, I am civil engineer with project Management experience in construction projects. Is it possible for me to crack scrum master of PM interviews if I prepare diligently by learning about the scrum responsibilities?
Even if you crack interview what will do in the job ? If some one clear civil engineering interview will you give your house construction work ? Will he able to deliver your house with quality and on time ? Simple answer is find some mentor get hands on practical experience and than move forward, don't focus on interview, focus on creating foundation and on gaining experience
Great answers, except for the production part. Even junior developers know not to fix stuffs in production directly and talk less of a senior developer.
I believe DOR is not upto the mark ... Wondering how testers can develop automation scripts of a user story prior to start of the sprint ?? Isn't it Anti Agile ...

First Question: DoD is not applicable to individual User Story. It is applicable to increment only.
DoD is applicable at user story level, Sprint level and at release level
Excellent interview session. how do we get the training you are talking about?
Drop email sunandsharrma@gmail.com with subject 'training '

I believe DOR is not upto the mark ... Wondering how testers can develop automation scripts of a user story prior to start of the sprint ?? Isn't it Anti Agile ...
Hi... we do test driven development in our team. Most stories hv their automation scripts written in n-1 sprint itself.
Not sure, why this is anti agile... TDD is a well known practice na
Hey its not anti pattern infact it's opposite, it's best practice 😀
@@apoorvakeshav6045 thanks
