I had red meat n shellfish allergy. While I do eat less of just beef. Eating too much gives the rash. I guess I need to be very careful

I have both Celiacs and Lactose Intolerance that present in the more worse extreme, after all, compared to people I directly know with either/both.
That being said, do be careful; I've been advised many times that they can get worse with age and/or you can effectively "break down your tolerance" by pushing you luck eating things you're allergic to.
Wich is why gordon ramsay is one of the best chef in the world.

While Corey trying to power through on her injury is respectable and demonstrates her dedication, Gordon was right to tell her to go to the medic. He emphasized afterwards that he doesn't fuck with burn injuries. Any type of burn needs to be treated as soon as possible, and I'd agree in that situation. If you burn your hand, either tell Gordon what happened and go see the medic, or if he's not available (i.e. in the other kitchen), tell the sous chef what happened and go see the medic. That way, the sous chef can relay to Gordon the reason why you're not on your station.

This reminds me about what my dad did in the past.
He used to mix allergic foods in my meal without my consent.
If I don't have any allergic anymore, He will say I can finally eat those allergic foods which I have no intention to do so.
Even though, there is a prove that I did allergy test as a kid and got sent into hospital for that.
I still have a fear that I will be dead, because of strong allergic reaction. It makes other people's life around me harder and they have to worry about me.

One of the biggest rules of cooking is NEVER MIX THE MEATS. Raw beef and chicken together are a breeding ground for cross-contamination and cooking them togother mixes theirr flavors which is worse than it sound.
