I hate when contestants get pissed at others leaving the line for legitimate reasons. Panic attack's are serious, some of these "chef's" don't seem to remember that the chef's safety and health comes first and foremost, no if's and's or buts. I'm glad gordon realized this and was understanding.

Well that and also empathy. The guy wasn't being careless or incompetent. Gordon had no need or reason to yell at him. He understood he needed to calm down, to which he need soft words and encouragement rather than a scolding.

I like how Ramsey knows when to yell, and knows when it isn't needed. The guy was panicking and instead of yelling at him to leave, he tries calming him down instead. Like it's nice that he's showing, he isn't yelling because it's fun, he understands that in that field pressure is something that will happen, if you cant deal with him, then you will definently wont be able to deal with your own business, but he wont do it when it's not needed, like he can tell when it will be more damaging then helpful

Because he's a good chef, he gives no excuses to professionals because they are supposed to know how to cook and do their jobs. He doesn't yell and scream to people who are doing things right. In the cooking world you have to be quick and efficient at all cost. He's really sweet and has the most kind behavior with children and people who are suffering. Of course you don't yell at a person having a health issue due to stress or low blood sugar issues.
