I fish at least once a week sometimes 3 times a week if my wife let's me and have found the Captains working Sarasota bay are all excellent people that are a credit to professional Fishermen. Over the years I've been given bait, chum, info on how to get bait and chum even told about fishing spots with info on how to fish them. Who does that? This video just confirms my opinion that Sarasota Captains are the best. Been fishing the bay for the last 7 years and this video has a bunch of fishing spots I've been driving past to get to fish. I imagine the paid version is a wealth of info. Why would you take years to learn the bay when you could pay for 30 years of experience and start catching tomorrow? Thanks Capt Jim.
What spots would you recommend to me (who doesn’t have a boat/ kayak) I’ve been trying to get some sheepshead but haven’t had much luck, I can see them but haven’t caught any. I’d like to check out Philippi creek
@@captjimusfl talkative talker guy with dark hair. Very friendly and helpful. Gave me some pointers for shore fishing there a couple years ago. Wanting to set up a trip with him
Hey Capt. great video and definitely worth the extended version which I got last week. This is the area I fish several times a year, was really wanting to go after some triple tail. Any advice on time of year and where to look. Thanks Justin

Do you have any good spots for redfish in sarasota from land
Captain Jim, how can I find the method to access the extended paid version? Thanks!
Hello Captain:
Would you be able to tell me where I can get the maps you showed on this RUclips program.
My wife and I are Hobie Kayaker’s.
Thank you.
Honestly, I have no idea, they are old. I would try Economy Tackle or West Marine.
@@captjimusfl Thanks Captain for your reply. I enjoyed your video and comments concerning good fishing locations for kayaks.
Captain do you know the guy who runs the guide service out of new pass bar and grill Baitshop?
@jonathancarter3999 there are a few, I know most of them.

Generally fall, mid Oct on. Run the crab pot buoy lines off the beaches.
I'm taking notes
Thanks
Thank you!
