So glad I had came across this video because I was in my 5month transition stage and the beautician told me she’d have to cut all my hair down to my new growth in order to start locs smh thank God i didn’t listen and got a second opinion and found your video. Got my locs done yesterday and I’m so excited for my loc journey 🥰❤️ Thank you for posting and responding back to comments, you’re such a big help
Omgggg same here I just relax my hair like 4 months ago and I have like 16in of relax hair and she said the same thing im like girl bye im not cutting all my hair off 😅
Yeeesss. I’m almost a month in now and I love it lol my hair starting to grow more too
Yes ma’am same here I permed my hair and it’s going back natural this video gave me encouragement my locs will look natural
Yes I was told the same too … I haven’t had relaxer since last year july but at the time they told me I would have to wait for the relaxer to grow out - glad I got a second opinion
I was told the same thing. Watching this video has helped ease my anxiety
I'm so glad to see it's possible, I relaxed my hair last month and regretting not doing my locs.
I did the same think
I’m feeling the same way. I perm my natural a month ago, and regret 😂😂😂
Don't allow them add that much products to your hair though
It causes build up
Same😩
Instant locs for me. Yes parting is everything. That’s the reason I took down my long locs.
Yeah it’s a wrap I need mine done❤️also as a stylist I found this video so helpful and informative.and the method seems user friendly enough to learn.🤗
I just did this 2 weeks ago, with my heat damaged ends, but i had about 3 inches of new growth, lot a teasing on my ends but it was so easy im glad i did it ! I love my instant locs!
This looks really nice. You did an awesome job ✨
You did a great job on her hair.
Beautiful!!! I can’t wait to come to you💜
Crochet is everything
I'm coming from GA to see you. I love your technique.
U really inspired me to start mine this weekend I love the parting. How did u part the top?
Thank you for this video. I want to start locs.
This is beautiful, I started my Loc’s today with straight hair but my ends were still straight and didn’t turn out like this.
this video is much needed
I like this method 💕💕
Beautiful work , thank you
WOWWWW really beautiful work.
I'm getting instant locs this month. I have relaxed but it's been 5 months and my hair is thick. I'm hoping I don't have any breakage.
Thank you for sharing your skill with such clarity and no theatrics.
The final touch she look locked up for years. Good job.
My Loctician did the braid out method on my relaxed hair and it will not loc. gonna take them out and try this myself or else I’m gonna be waiting for at least a good year. I don’t get why should wouldn’t just do this method… thanks for sharing ❤
I just sent someone your fb today 😫😫because I haven’t learned these yet but great work 😍😍🌻
Amazing job i think its the best I've seen so far on youtube, only thing is i wish you were located in Toronto Canada 🇨🇦 shit I'll probably will have to fly out Amazing job again keep it up💯💯💯💯💯💯
Thank you maybe one day we’ll be in each other’s proximity
Can you do a video on how to part for starter locs based on how big or small a client wants them to be
Beautiful work
Thank you ☺️
@@Qbxoxoare u in Tampa me and my wife definitely needs some maintenance
So please with this crochet hair, can you be maintaining it with only palmrolling anytime you maintaining it or you will need the interlocking,or what's the special way of maintaining this kind of locks,Thank you
I love this video
wow I love it
Thanks for the video. Question. Do you have to clip the relaxed ends when she comes back? I’m relaxed but I haven’t had a relaxer in 6 months. I’m worried about the ends of hair.
Thank you for watching. No i don’t you can see my work on tik tok qbxoxo_ i have a client who has been Loc’D for a year and 10 months who started with instant locs on relaxed hair it converts by the 10th month
Beautiful
How do you use the crochet because it is very confusing
Ok so my hair isn't relaxed it just looks relaxed I started my loc journey today but the back of my hair is real short, should I trust the process or accept the fact locs aren't for me?
I want these done on me.. I love them!!!
When i have 2 strand twists, the length covers mearly to the bottom of my forehead, and that's without blow drying. I'm hoping to have locs hit ATLEAST halfway past my forehead so do you think thats possible if I get instant locs? I probably have somewhere between 8-12 inches of hair length when my afro is fully blow dryed by the way. If possible id even send a picture of my hair so i could get an answer. I want locs lol but I just dont want them coming out teeny
Slayed 🔥🥰💚🫡💪🏾
Thank you 💕
Thanks so much.
Can I do short hair same way ?and what is the best produced i can use for it
Just love it❤
But I always get hurt by the crochet needle please why?😅
Please what kinda gel do you recommend for this?
Can you coil the bottom when you get to tbe end instead of crotchetting it to the very end?
This looks niiiice
Love your work 🥳🎊💯❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥👸🏽
Thank you 💕💕💗🫶🏽
Beautiful 😍
You are a beast! ❤ I’m about to try this on my boyfriends head and he has white ppl hair frl. Wish me luck.
How it went?
Can I still use that technique even if I cut some of the perm off can I still use the technique that you're doing now if so can you please do a tutorial on that as well
I wish you were in Georgia 😫
Thanks 😃
Good work.
Will I continue this way to nurture the dread? Pls reply back
I am researching in order to begin my loc journey. What is the purpose of back combining the hair? Will that cause frizzing? You did an amazing job!💓
Relaxed hair tends to be thinner than natural hair but also these are instant locs.normally it takes year to form locs “naturally” this way gives you the extra locked look but instantly for those who want that style right away starting out.
You will get freeze anyway when you begin your locs.
@@kimasworld2291 correct
I would like to do it and undo it after 1year,what do you recommend? I usually do extensions for 6 to 7 months
How many strands did you get?
Can we have an update on her hair pls ?? 🥺
is that edge control thats being used?
Good Jawn 🔥
How tall my hair need to be before I can start locing?
Omg I want locs now 😍
girl get them they the best
@@Keairrakstinson no
Just got mine done yesterday and I don’t know why but I feel so much better natural 🥰 like I’m excited for this loc journey
everybody don't need to get locs 😑🙄😂
how long did this take ?
Hi, I wanted to start coils locs but the beautician said I would have to twist the ends due the ends being straight. I got a perm 4-5months ago. I don’t really want the twist . Def not at the ends . Should I find someone else ?
And my hair is thicker than the lady’s in the video
Beautiful! You got me wanting to fly out to you. Anyone here know someone in Charlotte NC who can do this ASAP?
Wow wow that’s beautiful but what is the name of the crochet you use
Please what’s that tools used to stock in the dread 🙏
I would like to become a loctition, and currently in SC. Do you know of any good schools in that state?
When can the hair be washed after this?
What is the next step after this?
Question If I wanted to comb out the locs would it be harder cause it was instant loc.?
No all locs comb out the same
Really nice lock
Can you make a video on how to repair damaged hair
i need em done asap
Text me 6824658592
okk
How many months did she transition for
holy shit i wish you were in my country
If I started my dreads with two strand twist can I instant Loc them with the tool of so can you please tell me how ??
Yes you can i will be dropping an in detail video about the crotchet needles soon
Is there anyway you can slow it dow and show the actual crochet method
Where did you get your instrumentals? ❤lol
💯💯💯🔥🔥🔥
Pls hw can I use the pin
How many inches is this?
So if you wanted to maintain some length you would blow dry prior, and not tease the hair. After the head is instant locd you would go back and wash the hair after wards and then retwist the client.
I work as i go and no shrink will happen blown out or not
Are you located in Brooklyn?
CAN YOU DO INSTANT LOCS LEAVING LIKE 5in. OF MY RELAXED END LOOSE? I'M IN THE DFW AREA TOO
Yes but it’ll look stringy
Please how do I made a smooth and neat LOC
What's that insta LOC gel I rewinded about 30 times
So hw can I use
How much would this service cost?
Can you please make a detail use of the crochet pin
Yes i will
Where can I get that crochet pin? Where I live have small ones,,,I need that long 1!!!
Question if she was to get starter locs would they have be this full and this length because it looks like she kept alot of her length
It all depends on your hair texture density length and the look you desire
@@Qbxoxo can i send a pic of my hair to yo gram
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Are you still located I Arlington Tx?
Hi how long was your client without a relaxer before she started her locs?
Her hair was passed bra strap length
@@Qbxoxo I think the OP was asking how long the client was in her transition stage from relaxed to natural prior to locing. 😊
@@tenea24 you have to be at least 3 months transitioning
It had been about 5 months
WHAT IS THIS METHOD CALLED
What was the product
Will this method work for natural heat damaged hair? What about thin edges?
Yes and yes you can check my work on both on ig @queensluxurybybree
@@Qbxoxo Thank you so much. I am in FtW so you're very close.
J'ai vraiment aimé good
New subbie. What state u live in?
How long did it take?
Prob a hour 0r 2 or 3
She said 6 hrs
Why do Locs look so painful 😅
So I did my own instant locs (hightop) its not holding as it should I have loose ones and loose hairs I was just trying it out but this my 4th time doing it the other times it’s looked good but this time…ehh🥴any advice?
I’d try again or schedule an appoint met. With her… many can view a video with tips and tricks butttt that doesn’t mean we will all learn it or be able to do it. Like anything else, it’s a skill to do with practice. Other than that, keep trying.
Can you still do locs on blown out hair to make it look longer or would it still shrink up ?
It’s gone shrink as soon as you wash it
But you can still stretch it like your normal hair
where are u located😭 im in dallas
Me too😭i wanna get my locs done
Is the needle facing up or downwards??
Down always
