the best thing here is aeriths weapon. I think most people that pulled for vincent will find the damage is already comparable to this new weapon in most non earth fights. I would argue every other banner is better to pull on than this if you have to pull on something before anniversary. there are some upsides like you pointed out but they feel pretty minimal
Very nice explanation of the outfits, I'm not a fan of Aerith's outfit as it reminds me of a shower curtain.... had they just made it a full dress, I might have liked it. Vincent's outfit is sooo sweet but unfortunately I'm saving all my crystals for the Anniversary as I believe we will be getting a young Angeal. Vincent got 3 outfits in the same month he was released which is cool. I'm kind of bummed out Barret didn't get a summer outfit as he is the only character not to get one. Are you from Italy? Yeah as F2P I have to 100% skip this. It was kind of difficult to skip the LB rerun, but I need all of my 31.5k crystals and more for the anniversary. I also suspect they're going to do a FF9 rerun in September in the later part of the month. I hope my prediction doesn't come true.
I’ll be adding Aerith’s weapon to the wishlist. Skipping for now though. Hopefully, this means someone will be getting a new magic ice nuke weapon cuz Seph’s feels outdated. And my flower vase is almost ob10 and I have Seph’s limit break weapon ob10. So Vincent’s weapon isn’t as needed for me. Sucks to miss the outfits, but I almost never use Seph’s limit break outfit anyway.
I skipped for now. The banner will be up for 3 weeks, and the current event isn't very demanding. I'll definitely add them both to my WL during the anniversary.

We have seen non elemental ranking events. The first boss ranking and one of the dungeon rankings were non elemental.
