had a wonderful time there. could easily stay for a couple months (have to pay the right person for visa). gets quite small after awhile though. think would be perfect if you need to focus.

Sorry, no, we just did the normal visa, but we did hang out with quite a few expats who'd been living there for years without an issue, so I think you're right!

I was in Siem Reap in December just before new year. I like it a lot.
The only downside is the tuk tuk drivers a little annoying.
