Fred, how will a visa officer know when you are applying for student visa that you had previous tried the DV lottery and did not win? I once researched on the issue and suggests that the 2 programs ran on different databases.

Yes
We can DV visa refused because we didn't add 1 of our kids thinking that he is 18 and wont be approved . So we got the refusal letter

I have applied to a college in Canada to study Automotive Technology. and the requirements are as follows Study Permit,
English Proficiency,
Grade 12 or Equivalent,
Resume and
Unrestricted Drivers License
I only have my high school transcript and the certificate . please advise me on how to go about it.
You need to write the ielts test of write a letter telling them that all your education has been in English language
You can get the English proficiency letter from your high school
I had a question fred. I'm currently in india but i'm kenya. India is not eligible for the lottery. Does that mean i cannot apply for the lottery?

You can apply, its just a country u are residing in not your home country.
You can apply cause Kenya is your country of eligibility and citizenship and not India. Staying in a country that is not eligible to apply has no impact on you if you're from a country that is eligible
