The embassy in Cameroon is following the dv instructions not like the embassy in Sierra Leone telling people to only apply if they have credit in English and mathematics and pass in five other subjects. Their is no where in the dv instructions about grades, only 12years of primary and high school education. They are denying DV winners visa on this their own imposed requirements.
